Um sicherzustellen, dass wir Ihr Unternehmen bestmöglich vertreten, wollen wir bei diesem Termin erfahren, was Ihr Unternehmen auszeichnet und worauf es Ihnen bei der Zusammenarbeit ankommt.

Trial-Phase

Wir starten die Zusammenarbeit und ĂŒbernehmen erste Aufgaben. Wir möchten Ihre Teamkonstellationen, Unternehmenskultur, Prozesse und Herausforderungen beim Recruting bestmöglich verstehen. So können wir unsere Prozesse auf ihre Anforderungen anpassen und, wenn gewĂŒnscht, unsere VorschlĂ€ge zur Optimierung mit einbringen. In dieser Phase rechnen wir bevorzugt auf Stundenbasis ab.

LĂ€ngere Zusammenarbeit

Wenn beide Seiten nach der Trial-Phase mit der Zusammenarbeit zufrieden sind, planen wir die lĂ€ngere Zusammenarbeit. Dabei ĂŒbernehmen wir nach Bedarf weitere Aufgaben und können ggf. gemeinsam Arbeitspakete definieren und diese nach erfolgter Leistung abrechnen.
