There is one person from the Uplink team who is always available and responsible for all arrangements. This person is your direct link to us during the entire cooperation.

Fair costs

We do not charge a success-based commission, but agree on fair hourly or package prices. This makes working with us easy for you to plan and settle at any time.

Flexibility

We support you in your day-to-day business, whether it is advertising new positions, initial interviews, training new recruiters or other HR tasks.

Competence and experience

Thanks to our cooperation with companies and start-ups from a wide range of industries, we can quickly get to grips with their core processes and effectively handle any tasks that arise.

Our costs

Transparency is one of our core values when working with our freelancers and clients, which is why we do not charge success-based commissions or the usual market margins.

At the beginning of the collaboration, we start with a fixed hourly rate. After the trial phase, it is possible to agree on package prices.

We start our cooperation in three steps:

Onboarding

To ensure that we represent your company in the best possible way, we want to find out at this appointment what makes your company special and what is important to you when working together.

Trial phase

We start the cooperation and take on the first tasks. We want to understand your team constellations, corporate culture, processes and challenges in recruiting as well as possible. This enables us to adapt our processes to your requirements and, if desired, to contribute our suggestions for optimisation. In this phase, we prefer to charge on an hourly basis.
3

Longer cooperation

If both sides are satisfied with the cooperation after the trial phase, we plan the longer cooperation. We can take on further tasks as required and, if necessary, jointly define work packages and invoice them according to performance.
