We are currently looking for a Business Analyst Deliverables to join an exciting new project in its discovery phase.
You will have daily cooperation with stakeholders in Sales Ops and Marketing Ops. You will be given directions on areas of research, provided with information on field descriptions, current usage, etc., and you will be expected to focus on Account and Contact Management in a B2B environment. As an expert you are expected to have strong problem-solving skills. Therefore, you will focus on research, take account for the decision making and identify areas of non-efficient use of existing functionality. Furthermore, you need to report, how and why the business may suffer from the current exploitation. Finally, you will help the Project Manager while developing the project plan, and you will have to scope the first two phases (discovery and problem identification) coming up with immediate solutions and behavioral change.
Experience:
- Sales Cloud Consultant Certification
- Salesforce Administrator Certification
- Salesforce expert
- Sales Cloud projects, with hands on implementation experience
- Running reports and Data analysis
