// YOUR TASK //
- Growth along all dimensions based on business cases and business plans (e.g. marketing plan, promotions, assortment or user experience)
- Preparation, implementation and monitoring of new strategic and operational initiatives in our client’s Dutch, Belgian and French online store
- Strong collaboration with different teams such as online marketing, CRM and Business Development
- Participation in various company projects, e.g. implementation of new payment processes, evaluation of new logistics partners
- Operational monitoring with a given KPI set and quality assurance of our client’s international online store
// THAT’S YOU //
- Degree in E-Commerce, Marketing, Business Administration or a comparable course of study as well as experience in a B2C E-Commerce company (or comparable), ideally in a business development role
- In-depth knowledge of the Dutch and/or Belgian culture and E-Commerce landscape
- Strong sense of ownership and urgency with the ability to identify and solve problem areas
- Strong teamwork and communication skills with strong assertiveness skills
-Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work independently in an agile work environment
