Leading and Improving of Total Rewards Team on Global Level for an international Publishing and Media Company

Job description

Our client, an international publishing and media company, is looking for an experienced Global Lead Total Rewards (m/f/d) ad interim. The focus is on leading the team and on development of improved global salary strategy/process, being part of Center of Excellence reporting to Vice President People.

Main tasks:

-Leading the Total Rewards team including Compensation & Benefits, Benchmarking, Global Mobility and in future the Job Architecture/Grading
-Designing and implementation of Total Rewards & Compensation strategy, processes, structures group-wide, ensuring their proper usage in the organization
-Stakeholder management with other areas of company (global and local)
-Execution of the salary process for current year including increases by end of Q1, assessment and payout related bonus process of past year and activities related to preparation of bonus for current year
-Responsibility for implementation of fundamentals and principals for the Total Rewards module in SAP SuccessFactors in collaboration with a project team

Requirements:

-Proven track record in leadership of Total Rewards teams including Compensation & Benefits, Benchmarking, Global Mobility and Job Architecture/Grading in a global environment
-Experience with designing and implementation of Total Rewards & Compensation strategy, processes, structures – strategic and operative
-Expertise with salary, salary increase and incentive/annual bonus processes in an international, multi-brand company
-Practical Experience with SAP SuccessFactors
-CV in English
