We are a large international Company in the Energy Industry, and plan a larger HR transformation program.
The objective is to bring our HR operations and processes to the next level, and set up our HR for future success.

We are currently looking for a Consultant who can join our internal project team, and lead one of our work streams for a larger HR transformation program.

Start date Earliest: asap Latest: Jan 3, 2024 Early December preferred	Length 2-4 months
Engagement Full- or parttime possible 4-5 days likely	Remote Partly possible Looking for a hybrid set up, willing to come to NRW at times
Language requirements German, English Need German	Budget 100-160€ per hour Can negotiate
Onsite locations Duisburg
