Business Analyst

The client is looking for an experienced Business Analyst (BA) for an end customer project.
The BA will play a crucial role in analyzing the structure and operations of an organization and recommending solutions to business problems. Their primary focus is understanding the needs of stakeholders, identifying areas for improvement, and facilitating the implementation of solutions.

Tasks:

1. Gathering Requirements: the BA will work closely with stakeholders, including clients, managers, and end-users, to understand their needs and objectives. They conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to gather requirements for new projects or improvements to existing systems.

2. Documenting Requirements: the BA will document the requirements gathered from stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. This technical documentation serves as a reference for developers, designers, and other team members involved in implementing solutions.

The perfect candidate should have a tech background and be able to talk to his/her teammates on a technical level.
