The client is looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer to join their team developing a platform that visualises changing labour markets in low-and-middle-income countries.
Your job is to work with the client to translate the existing low-fidelity wireframes for the MVP into a simple and appealing web design.
You should have experience with branding, usability and designing web apps.
The client is looking for someone who wants to contribute their skills and experience, and to actively work with them on optimising the workflows and designs.
Scope of work
• Develop and maintain the overall visual identity of the platform, including brand assets and design systems,
• Building on an existing platform architecture and wireframes to create high-fidelity prototypes.
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure that prototypes meet the technical requirements of the platform.
• Conduct user testing and gather feedback to inform iterative design decisions.
• Ensure that prototypes are accessible, inclusive, and meet accessibility standards.
Output
• High-fidelity prototypes that accurately reflect the design and functionality of the platform.
• Interactive wireframes that demonstrate the user experience and flow of the platform.
• User testing reports and recommendations for design improvements.
• Documentation of design decisions, including design systems and style guides.
• Established visual identity and brand assets that align with the platform's goals and target audience.
