Cloud Computing - Project Management Consultant

The scope of services includes the following tasks, which are independently performed by the external consultant:
- Create proposals for automation framework enhancements incl. documentation
- Requirements management for Hosting and Cloud Technologies (HaCT)
- Review of existing self-service items to HaCT Automation as well as development, testing and implementation of new/additional self-services items incl. migration into the cloud service portal
- Migrate Self-Service items for the provisioning, configuring and management of cloud resources, to ServiceNow as request catalog items
- Create build tasks and release pipeline in Azure DevOps for each self-service item
- Create required epics, features, product backlog items & tasks for each self-service item in Azure DevOps incl. reporting
