Job description
Für unseren Kunden in München suchen wir kurzfristig Unterstützung durch zwei Supporter (w/m/d) für eine Migration.
- Implementing rules on POD and Proofpoint Senturion On-prem in alignment with AZ engineers
- Familiarizing with clients infrastructure related to this migration ( Knowledge Transfer will be provided on high level architecture), to help in addressing user related queries (email/phone) and technical issues arising out of migration activities during the project.
- Providing technical assistance during the migration period in case of any P1/P2 occurrences post implementation of project activities.
- Providing Knowledge Base articles and relevant documentation for POD and Sentrion products.
- set up the environment related to new configuration like the IP separation, using HFT Server as Ldap source etc.
- Monitoring with snmp
- Check configuration that we import from legacy environment if it is best practice or could/should be optimized (f.e. MTA configuration)
- Technical support on/with specialized customer configuration, exceptional rules etc. and technical communication.
