You will be responsible for providing technical advice to the clients of our costumer, integrating their tool into their technical infrastructure, and engineering cloud-based services and tools.
- Co-create technical solutions together with the customers and their technical teams.
- Consult the customers and your non-technical colleagues on all technical topics such as conversational AI, integrations of customer backend and telephone systems, as well as technical voice bot logic.
- Build serverless web services using TypeScript and cloud systems on Microsoft Azure to extend our product and provide custom functionality for important customers.
- Collaborate on data analytics to enable clear and correct insights and reportings into the customers’ voice bots using Python, SQL and/or Kibana, PowerBI.
