Our client is looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer to join Operations domain and Customer Care Services team. In this domain, you will contribute to automating the experience of our customers.

- Be part of a cross functional engineering and product team
- Independently design and build scalable solutions and integrations

what to bring:
- Understanding of the Salesforce platform, including capabilities and limitations, particularly Service & Community Clouds.
- Experience in implementing Salesforce solutions using Aura framework
(- Knowledge on telephony systems and CTI setup (will be working closely with customer service, telephone calls integrated into Salesforce, email integrations, chat integrations, telephone integration))
(- Experience in building Integrations with 3rd party systems (for ex: Kafka) )
