Der Kunde ist auf der Suche nach einem Senior Product Owner für ein Endkundenprojekt.
Responsibilities & Expectations:
• Gain working knowledge of the client account, project context and tech stack
• Manage the client relationship & communication as the key contact person, planning & setting clear expectations.
• Collaborate with the client to set strategic direction, product roadmap and sprint goals.
• Manage, groom and prioritise the product backlog (write user stories, acceptance criteria, estimations, planning, etc.)
• Ensure that the project team deliverables meet the DoR, DoD and agreed client expectations.
• Manage team atmosphere, resolve conflicts, provide orientation and lead the team.
• Lead agile rituals & practices in the team (e.g. Sprint review, retrospective, planning & grooming, dailies)
• Collaborate with the designers on product discovery activities and set direction
• Collaborate with the senior developers on product development & delivery challenges, tech debt and unblock the team
