The client is looking for a developer to implement a Telegram bot.
The main functionality of the bot should be to block users who use specific keywords. If possible, words that are pronounced or written similar to those keywords should be identified as well and the user should be blocked.
Also, the bot should respond to certain keywords with a message.
The keywords and messages should be configurable in a CSV file.
