The client is looking for a Senior Backend Architect to conduct tech interviews.
About 4-5 candidates per week should be tested on their technical qualifications in a 60 minute assessment.
Using your know-how, you are expected to find out the strengths and limitations of the candidate and then provide a verbal report to the founder. All interviews will take place remotely and will be conducted in English.
You should have at least 10 years of experience in developing and setting up complex backends and experience as a lead developer.
