Senior UX Designer - Remote

Our client who is a Berlin late-stage startup working on a e-coaching/e-learning product is in need of a "Sr. Product Designer" to help them create a great product for their users. One of the designers will be leaving the team and they need someone to fill the spot for at least 3 months, potentially longer. This is a top client where we have 4 other freelancers working and enjoying the environment.
You will join one of their Product Trios, working together with Product Managers and Engineers in a cross-functional team that owns an end to end vertical of our product.

Requirements:
You like to work with a B2B2C product
You have keen visual awareness as well as an intuitive sense for clean and modern design
You feel comfortable facilitating design sprints and/or design thinking workshops for product discovery
You come with a strong understanding of fast high-fidelity prototyping and design tools (mainly Figma)
You gained experience working with a design system for web applications
You feel comfortable with core software development and design techniques

Tasks
You work on product discovery together with PMs and UX Research
You build user journeys and empathy maps to better know the user
You implement all visual design stages from discovery to final hand-off to engineering
You develop prototypes and concepts for digital coaching
You create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interactions and design ideas
You define interaction models, user task flows, and UI specifications
You show and discuss prototypes with internal and external stakeholders and incorporate their feedback
You provide guidance and expertise throughout the process
