Digital Marketing (Growth Hacking) Specialist (m/w/d)

Our client is seeking a Digital Marketing (Growth Hacking) Specialist to help refine the product-market fit for their mental health-related mobile app based on React Native with a Firebase backend. The main goal of this role is to refine the product-market fit in a data-driven fashion. The successful candidate will work closely with the managing team to define a roadmap and marketing action plan in a data-driven fashion. Additionally, they will set up dashboards and cohort analysis to analyze the status quo and drive engagement with marketing activities. The candidate will also be responsible for implementing the initial marketing tech stack and initial campaigns.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing (Growth Hacking) Specialist, preferably in the mobile app industry
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing tactics, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets
- Experience with data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Amplitude
- Experience in setting up dashboards and cohort analysis to analyze user behavior and drive engagement
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with the managing team
