Senior Product Owner (m/w/d)

// YOUR TASK //
- You will take on the role of a continuous point of contact for stakeholders after implementation
- Ensure complete transparency throughout product development by being the central „single point of communication“ for all internal stakeholders
- You will collaborate cross-functionally and act as an interface with all relevant departments
- Define and structure the overall scope of implementations, including project plans and success metrics, to ensure stakeholders, third-party vendors, and all relevant internal teams are on the same page and informed for execution
- Continually evolve, refine and adjust the project plan and optimize the highest level of service and quality while developing and implementing feasible and efficient solutions
- Review and confirm proper signing and full execution of relevant contracts/agreements and requirements for the implementation project by appropriate stakeholders and teams
- Document and finalize implementations with quality assessments, feedback sessions, and implementation status summaries
- Translate high-level product vision developed by Head of Product into detailed user story requirements
- Take initiative to optimize current processes

// THAT’S YOU //
- 5+ years of hands-on experience as a product owner [must] in a technical role and the ability to translate technical specifications into clear business requirements and value
- Understanding of common project management methods and their practical application [must]
- Technical understanding of web services / APIs and system integrations
- Proven track record in product testing and quality assurance
- Ability to manage internal interaction between product, engineering, sales and operations
- Excellent analytical skills with a hands-on mentality and practical approach to solving challenges
- Ability to work independently with a high level of reliability
- Advanced communication skills in English [must]
