The client is looking for a PHP developer to implement a web app for reverse auctions. There will be two types of users (providers and bidders), the first can create auctions and the latter bid on them.
The app should be implemented using a PHP framework like Symfony, CodeIgniter, CakePHP, Yii or Laravel.
Detailed specs for all functionalities have already been created by the client.
The system shall be functional the latest by mid February 2017 and go live a month later. During this time the client and beta-users will test the system and the developer should be available to implement fixes and improvements.
