Hybrid App Developer

The client is looking for a Hybrid App Developer skilled with either Ionic or PhoneGap.

The client is an agency and would like to build a hybrid app for their customer, a British Automotive brand. The app should digitize and simplify the communication between the customer and their dealers.
Designs/mockups for the app already exist but the client has no in-house experience with building mobile apps and therefore needs the expertise of the freelancer. It would be great if the freelancer, at the end of the project, would be willing to hold a training session for the in-house developers on how the hybrid framework was used in the project (but this is not a must).
