Senior Product Lead (m/w/d)

The client is looking for a Senior Product Lead with Project Management Background.

Responsibilities & Expectations:

* Experience in managing client (ideally corporate) relationships, stakeholder management & effective communication as the key contact person.
* Comfortable in setting up new client accounts & projects, writing offers estimating budget, scope, time requirements (and living those project management expectations while navigating on the project).
* Good at strategic direction, product thinking, project planning (roadmap) and kickoffs.
* Strong leadership skills in terms of setting clear expectations, providing orientation, conflict resolution and proactive team leadership.
* Quick learner and ability to gain fast orientation of the client account and project context.
* Manage, groom and prioritize the product backlog (write user stories, acceptance criteria, estimations, planning, etc.)
* Ensure that the project team deliverables meet the DoR, DoD and agreed client expectations.
* Lead agile rituals & practices in the team (e.g., Sprint review, retrospective, planning & grooming, dailies)
