The client is looking for an experienced C# developer with expertise in the conception and implementation of complex software projects. The client wants to develop an app for Windows Surface that provides direct access to an interactive customer service.
In the first step, the client needs to provide an offer to the end customer. Therefore, he'd like to do a consulting session to plan the steps needed for the conception and implementation of the project.
If the end customer accepts the offer, the actual implementation will take about 6 months, starting in January. The consulting person does not necessarily have to be available for the implementation.
