UX Designer (m/w/d)

The client is looking for an experienced UX Designer to relaunch a career site for a raw materials supplier.
Your main task will be to gather relevant information about the company as an employer and its career target groups and to identify the concrete challenges and success factors.

Your tasks:
- Kick-off workshop (timing, meetings, focal points, participation, responsibilities)
- Conduct initial "injection" meetings with the end client
- Evaluation of existing information
- Conducting qualitative user interviews
- Quantitative analyses (Google Analytics) and insights into the behavior of the website
- Documentation of the results of the Discover phase
- Definition of the main challenges
