IAM Operations Lead (f/m/d)

For our client we are looking for an IAM Operations Lead (f/m/d).

Role:
The IAM team within the program organization is responsible for developing core services of a private cloud platform, such as a IAM, Secret Managment and IAMaaS offering and associated services for lifecycle and resource management.
The organization of the Product Line is structured around the delivery process, including productmanagement, architecture, product delivery, and product operations.
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Operations Lead for the IAM product Line of the project to join our international team.
This role will be responsible for leading the operations teams, focusing on
ensuring stability & reliability in operations of our services.
In this role, you will be responsible for setting up structures & processes to operate, maintain and manage our services and products.
You’ll play a critical role in ensuring the availability and reliability of our hybrid cloud platform services.

Profile:
The individual must be at a senior-level in product operations in a cloud native delivery settings with proven skills and have the following experience. Excellent documentation and communication skills and proactive
attitude. Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams, adapting to agile and DevOps methodologies forsoftware development. Exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with a focus on root cause analysis and sustainablesolutions. Ability to work independently and take initiative in
identifying and addressing technical challenges. EU residency mandatory.
