Business Analyst (m/f/d)

// ABOUT THE JOB //

- You will collect and globally align feature requests and create high level solution designs
- You will identify business use cases and understand its business value
- You will consult the global seafreight organization in systems related questions
- You will analyze and resolve defects and system challenges
- You will prioritize demands, support and backlog issues in your area of responsibility
- You will work in international cross-functional teams
- You will align and coordinate with other application experts, IT, and other stakeholders (Airfreight, Sales, Finance/Legal)

// THAT’S YOU //

- University degree in logistics management, business administration preferred
- Several years experience within the area of Business Unit IT (link between business and IT)
- High analytical and communication skills
- Very good command of the English language
