Senior Product Owner (m/f/d) - E-Commerce

- Research and understand customer needs to create an exceptional and unique user experience
- Convert your insights into easy to understand epics and user stories with clear acceptance criteria to ensure the best outcome for the team
- Manage the product roadmap based on a deep understanding of customers in alignment with our stakeholders as well as key target metrics for the business
- Establish relevant KPIs, ensure the performance of the products, proactively identify issues and take necessary actions
- Identify new innovation and growth opportunities and create measurable impact
- Act as an advocate for customers and their needs
- Foster effective collaboration between technical and commercial teams
- Ensure your team's goals are met using an agile development process such as Scrum and best practices
- Inspire and foster creativity in your team and across the organization, challenging established mindsets and questioning the status quo

// THIS IS YOU //
- More than 5 years of proven, relevant experience in product management in e-commerce
- Fluency in English required (German language skills are an add-on, not a must)
- Strong portfolio of published products and projects, very good track record of success
- Quick thinking skills combined with good implementation skills
- Experience in a start-up or scale-up environment
- Ability to understand, analyze and clearly communicate business issues and priorities to development teams
- Solid knowledge of Google Tag Manager & Google Analytics, SEO, A/B testing, and modern UI/UX and mobile trends
- Analytical and data-driven mindset: You develop features not just because you like them, but because you know they will have an impact
- Consistent prioritization to master the continuous flow of ideas and requests for product changes
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action and a "can-do" attitude
