E-Commerce Marketing Manager (m/f/d)

// ABOUT THE JOB //
Support the E-Commerce Team of our customer. You are responsible for the creation, design, process and performance of webshop, (app content) and newsletters in collaboration with CRM, marketing and merchandising. You engage new and existing customers with inspiring and relevant content on our brand and products to drive conversion along the entire customer journey and sales.

// YOUR JOB //
In the next few months our customer needs professional support in the management of the LKB ecomm team (until a new ecommerce marketing manager is found) for 3-4 days/week.

The task includes the following main topics:
• Planning and implementation of newsletter marketing (creation and design in Inxmail, soon in Emarsys)
• Analysis of KPIs, implementation and analysis of A/B tests
• Support implementation of new CDP/CEP system, close cooperation and communication with CRM managers
• Planning and implementation of marketing campaigns and promotions in the online shop
• Exchange and coordination with logistics service providers regarding product and warehouse issues
• Creation of reports, close cooperation and communication with analytics team

// THIS IS YOU //
• You have successfully completed a degree in business administration, e-commerce,?marketing or a comparable background and are enthusiastic about digital sales.?
• You have several years of professional experience in the field of e-commerce marketing expertise
• When it comes to online shops, no one can fool you - you also have experience in digital visual merchandising, category management and newsletter marketing.
• Communication in German and English is no problem for you and you influence others with your high level of self-motivation.
• You are keen to proactively implement your ideas with the latest technical set-up for our customers and can master systems such as Excel and, at best, BI in your sleep.
