Project Manager for HRIS Roll-Out

We are an International Organization (NGO) seeking a Project Manager who can support us in the Roll-Out of SAP SuccessFactor Tasks of the project manager will include:

> Management of an external implementation partner for configuration
> Support the go-live for various functional areas, and manage the roll out of SAP SuccessFactors during 2024
> Apply our project management standards
> Create and maintain budget and planning documentation
> Coordinate internal and external stakeholders for decision-making and aligning of expectations
> Develop and deliver project communications and change management activities
> Manage resources and develop solutions to arising issues

Requirements
> Led HRIS rollouts and introductions as project manager
> Experience working with PMO
> Very strong stakeholder and vendor management
> Able to work with a hybrid setup from Berlin
> Ability to apply project management methods from Agile to Waterfall
