Technical Writer (f/m/d) cloud native technologies

For our client we are looking for a Technical Writer (m/w/d).

You will be the primary point of contact for Customer Facing Documentation and will be responsible for ensuring that all user documentation is comprehensive, up-to-date and user-friendly.

Tasks:
- technical writer, preferably writing customer-facing documentation with general familiarity of Cloud Native service offerings, especially those related to:
o Managed Kubernetes service (at least one of AKS, GKE, EKS, Rancher)
o DevOps services (CI/CD, ArgoCD, Gitlab, Secrets Management, Image Registry etc.)
o Monitoring (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK or similar)
o Data Services (Databases, Data Lakes, DWHs, Kafka or similar)
- understanding of technologies underpinning the cloud native skills
- Relevant certifications in cloud and cloud native technologies would be nice
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and tools (e.g., Scrum, SAFE, JIRA, Confluence)
