Technical PM or System Architect Consultant - Remote - German Speaking

Our client who is a reputable Berlin based loan agency is in need of a Senior PM or Architect to first consult, assess and then recommend next steps in improving an internal system for them. This a provision system that helps calculate commissions to over 500 credit advisors working for the company. There was a recent merge between the company and another company which has now complicated the provision system and there tends to be issues each month when paying out commissions. They don't need help in how to calculate commissions, but rather how to embed the model so that it works perfectly with company integrations.

The idea is that a PM or Architect comes in and helps them rethink the whole topic. How do the fix their bugs? Do they need to rebuild the provisions system? If so, how do we do that? Then ultimately we move to a Phase 2 where we'd put together a CodeControl team to build a new system based off your recommendation/quote.
More work to come if we move to Phase 2 building phase.
This is a heavy data product with many sources. Current state is built with tableau and SQL.
