Quantitative User Research (m/f/x)

As a Quantitative User Researche, you will be involved in our client’s strategic research initiatives leveraging your quantitative method expertise.
Your goal is to ensure our client‘s findings are scalable and applicable across the product. You will work on our partner-facing marketplace platform where our users are fashion brands and retailers (B2B).

Tasks:

- As part of the redesign of our information architecture, you will be running a tree test to validate the results of the previously conducted card sorting exercise
- Study planning, design, conducting, analysis and communication of results
- Stakeholder alignment and communication

- Team up with our qualitative researchers and stakeholders to understand and validate the jobs-to-be-done of our partners

- Conduct an opportunity-gap survey based on the jobs
- Study planning, design, conducting, analysis and communication of results
- Stakeholder alignment and communication
- In order to gather feedback on recent product releases, set up and run a partner satisfaction survey
- Study planning, design, conducting, analysis and communication of results

Requirements:

- Project experience demonstrated from previous quantitative research projects, especially running large scale surveys
- End-to-end project experience planning projects from recruitment to design, analysis and reporting
- Great quantitative analysis skills, including statistics
- Proficient in data analysis tools such as SPSS or R.
- Project experience in working collaboratively with qualitative research
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Excellent command of English
