Java/ Golang Backend Developer (m/f/d)

Our client from the IT services industry is looking for an experienced Java or/and Golang Backend Developer (m/f/d) to strengthen their project team.

Activities:
- Build system-level services that run on an In-Flight Entertainment system.
- Build, package, and deploy services in and off a cloud-based environment.
- Construct and manage CI/CD pipelines for services (Kubernetes, Gitlab CI, Terraform)
- Take part in rolling out new software updates on the physical test rack that is used as a benchmark for the aircraft setup.
- Work together with team members and product owners to analyze user stories and break them down to tasks to work on
- networking and troubleshooting in Linux
- Message Queues and Sockets is a big plus (RabbitMQ, ZeroMQ, Socket.io, web-sockets).
- Monitoring, logging, and alerting are a normal part of the development process for you
- JavaScript (Node.js for backend, or ReactJS for frontend) is beneficial
- Use different protocols and standards for communication between different components (HTTP, TCP, AMQP, JSON RPC).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build a world-class IFE ecosystem.
- Research and experiment with the team on the latest technologies to evaluate possible usages.
