(Senior) Data Engineer (m/f/d)

For our client we are looking for a (Senior) Data Engineer (m/f/d).

Tasks include:
- Database / Data Warehouse Management
- Development, deployment and monitoring of ETL/ ELT solutions
- Programming and development of scalable data pipelines and API integrations
- Ensuring data consistency and data timeliness
- Management of the AWS Cloud infrastructure
- Processing, cleansing and integrity checking of data for machine learning projects
- On-demand provision of data for BI tools
- Performance management of data pipelines and databases

Professional background
- completed studies in the field of computer science, business informatics or comparable training
- relevant professional experience in the field of data and cloud engineering
- sound knowledge of ELL/ELT, SQL, NoSQL and Python
- experience with Matillion, DBT or comparable tools desirable
- expert in data vault modelling
- deep understanding of AWS based data architectures and services
- several years of experience in managing Snowflake, Elasticsearch, and PosgreSQL databases
