This is an infrastructure- and operations-focused engagement working alongside the CTO. Core architecture is already live in production — the mandate is to harden, scale, and improve reliability and observability as the team grows, not to migrate or rebuild from scratch (no migration planned in the near term).
- Own and mature observability: monitoring, structured logging, tracing, alerting (some rudimentary setup exists today, needs to be built out properly).
- Strengthen CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, and deployment safety as headcount and shipping cadence increase.
- Bring strong systems and architecture thinking — this isn't a narrow ticket-taking role.
Ideal profile leans ops-first and has strong GCP or multi-cloud experience: cloud/infrastructure depth is the priority, backend experience is a strong plus but secondary.
