Project Description

We are looking for an experienced Platform Consultant who will play a key role in ensuring effective governance, process alignment, and the strategic development of a cloud-based platform in the energy sector.

Responsibilities

-Conduct comprehensive requirements analysis for new projects joining the platform
-Provide expert technical guidance to the Platform Manager (cloud services, architecture decisions)
-Lead the review and realignment of the operating model, including stakeholder workshops and documentation
-Prepare benchmarking for a new time-series database and collaborate with vendor management
-Define and document the platform roadmap (technical & business alignment)
-Drive innovation research (e.g., evaluating ServiceNow vs Jira, reviewing internal data platforms)
-Design and implement an end-to-end enhancement request workflow
-Support agile delivery by acting as Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Business -Analyst as needed
-Manage backlog refinement & sprint planning, improving Jira artifact quality
-Develop structured onboarding and offboarding processes
-Oversee ServiceNow upgrades and configuration improvements
-Optimize workflows and tool setups to support evolving operational needs

Required Skills & Experience

-Strong expertise in Energy Data Management, Microsoft Azure
-Experience with ServiceNow, test management, and cloud architecture
-Excellent communication and analytical skills
-Fluency in English and German (spoken and written)
