Android Engineering

For a contracting project in Berlin, our client from the field of e-commerce is looking for support!

Your Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Help architect, build, iterate and manage our global mobile Android application
- Help to raise the overall skill and quality level through pairing and design/code reviews
- Partner closely with frontend, backend, iOS and product management team members to continuously improve the global Android app

Your profile:
- At least 3 years of experience in Android development
- Expert understanding and experience with the Android platform
- Proficient in how to use DDMS and the Android Developer Tools
- Good knowledge of testing frameworks, e.g. experience in JUnit, Robolectric, Espresso
- Expert know-how in object-oriented software design and design patterns
- Proficient experience with client/server architectures using HTTP, REST, XML and JSON
