Senior Project Manager (m/w/d) for SAP S4/EWM

Individuals in these roles will be asked to coach and lead project teams. The majority of these projects will be of moderate complexity and focused in a single or across few functional areas within a Business Unit.

Communicate. Ensure multi-channel communication throughout the organization. This includes keeping both, the Program Manager and his leadership, informed of program status and ensuring coordination of activities for team members.

Provide quantitative data indicating the scope of the operation including current year and forecasted cost, operating budget, and any other quantitative factors which describe the scope of the operation.

In addition of general project management skills, the incumbent is expected to:

1. Manages multiple EWM based projects while maintaining high quality deliverables.
2. Manage tasks of all staff involved with projects. This includes both internal and external resources.
3. Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables for all active projects and project teams.
4. Provides technical and analytical guidance to project leaders and project teams on maintenance of SAP S/4 Hana EWM, understanding logistics is the core Business of the clients Logistics.
5. Participate, support and guide the solution design phase, ensuring the full end-to-end solution is built according to the clients standards.
6. Works with Project Stakeholders to define project scope, cost, and time objectives.
7. Develops detailed work plans, schedules, resource plans, issue logs and status reports.
8. Understand the complexity level of the project and provide inputs in defining solution and ensuring smooth implementation by contributing technically to the project.
9. Ensures timely problem and issue resolution through appropriate issue escalation criteria.
10. Quantifies, manages, and communicates associated project risks.
11. Manages the integration of vendor tasks, and tracks and reviews vendor deliverables.
